I am renting a room in my super-central rooftop flat in Kreuzberg, Berlin. The flat is approximately 110 m² and includes a bathtub, a separate standing shower, and an additional toilet near the entrance. The living room has a nice balcony connected to the kitchen.
The flat is conveniently located right next to the Mehringdamm U-Bahn station (U7/U6) and is an 8-minute walk from Hallesches Tor (U1/U3/U6), making it easy to access everything Berlin has to offer. It’s within walking distance of Checkpoint Charlie and the beautiful Bergmannkiez neighborhood.
A cleaning lady comes once a week, and the cost is included in the rent. If you’re interested, feel free to reach out! We can start with a phone call, and if everything aligns, you can come by to see the flat in person. :)

Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner super zentralen Dachgeschosswohnung in Kreuzberg, Berlin. Die Wohnung ist ca. 110 m² groß und verfügt über eine Badewanne, eine separate Dusche und eine zusätzliche Toilette in der Nähe des Eingangs. Das Wohnzimmer hat einen schönen Balkon, der mit der Küche verbunden ist.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt neben der U-Bahn-Station Mehringdamm (U7/U6) und ist nur 8 Gehminuten vom Halleschen Tor (U1/U3/U6) entfernt. Sie bietet schnellen Zugang zu allem, was Berlin zu bieten hat. Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Checkpoint Charlie und das schöne Bergmannkiez-Viertel sind ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
Eine Reinigungskraft kommt einmal pro Woche, und die Kosten dafür sind im Mietpreis enthalten. Falls du Interesse hast, melde dich gerne! Wir können zunächst ein Telefonat führen, und wenn alles passt, kannst du die Wohnung persönlich besichtigen. :)
