Das Zimmer ist ca. 16 m2 groß und geht nach hinten raus. Hannah, die derzeit noch im Zimmer wohnt, zieht im Januar aus, so dass das Zimmer danach (ab Februar) frei ist. Grundsätzlich ist das Zimmer unbefristet verfügbar; es wäre mich aber auch ok, wenn du nur für einen begrenzten Zeitraum einziehen willst. Im Zimmer stehen aktuell nur ein paar Möbel (Matratze und Tisch). Das heißt, die könntest du gerne nutzen. Falls du weitere Dinge mitbringen möchtest, ist das natürlich jederzeit möglich.
Eine Anmeldung ist leider nicht möglich.
The room is about 16 m2 and goes out to the back. It is available from the beginning of February 2025. There are only a few pieces of furniture in the room right now (mattress und table) which you are free to use. If you want to bring other things, this is of course possible at any time.
Unfortunately, registration (Anmeldung) is not possible.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im nördlichen Teil von Spandau. Allgemein ist die Gegend schön ruhig, es gibt kaum Straßenlärm zu hören. Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist ca. 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und der U-Bahnhof Altstadt Spandau ca. 13 Minuten. Es fährt jedoch auch alle paar Minuten ein Bus, mit dem der S- und U-Bahnhof Rathaus Spandau in wenige Minuten erreicht werden kann und von dem aus es möglich ist, mit der Regio schnell in die Innenstadt zu gelangen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, sowie der Uferweg um die Insel Eiswerder und entlang der Havel, welcher zum Spazieren einlädt.
The apartment is located in Spandau. The train station Spandau can be reached by bus in about 10 min. The subway station Altstadt Spandau is about 15 min walk away. The apartment is located in a side street, so it is quiet in terms of traffic. There are various supermarkets and other shopping facilities nearby. The Havel River can be reached in under 5 min. on foot.
Du würdest mit mir, Johannes, zusammen wohnen. Ich bin 29 Jahre alt und arbeite Vollzeit bei einer Steuerberatungsgesellschaft (z.T. auch im Home-Office). Insgesamt würde ich mich als eher ruhigen Typen beschreiben, bin aber gerne für ein gemeinsames Bier etc. zu haben. Rauchen in der Wohnung ist nicht erwünscht.
Durch meine Arbeit bin ich natürlich unter der Woche relativ eingespannt und würde mich dementsprechend für ausreichend Ruhe freuen.
Die Wohnung verfügt sonst über alle essentliellen Dinge wie Waschmaschine usw.
You would live with me, Johannes. I am 29 years old and work full time at a tax consulting company (partly also in home office). Overall, I would describe myself as a rather quiet guy, but am happy to have a beer together, etc.. Smoking in the apartment is not desired.
Due to my work, I am of course relatively busy during the week and would appreciate a corresponding level of quietness.
The apartment has all essential things such as a washing machine, etc.
Ich fände es gut, wenn du - wie ich - eine feste Tagesstruktur durch Ausbildung/Beruf hättest. Ansonsten liegt mir viel an gegenseitiger Rücksichtnahme.
Die Miete von 350 Euro pro Monat versteht sich als Gesamtmiete (also inklusive Strom, Internet usw.). Die Kaution beträgt 300 Euro.
I think it would be good if you - like me - had a fixed daily structure through training/work. Apart from that, I'm very interested in mutual consideration.
The rent of 350 euros per month is the total rent (i.e. including electricity, internet etc.). The deposit is 300 euros.
