The room is small but cozy. Unfortunately it’s facing the backyard so there is so much light, however is very silent and you can enjoy your time alone with some music or reading a book. All the furniture you can see in the pictures will be left there.
The location is just perfect. 10 minutes walking from Alexander Platz and the M2 is passing by (4 minutes your room till the tram station) and U2 is also in the nearby.
Supermarkets, cute restaurants and calm neighbourhood: you will be exactly in between Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg. Able to enjoy both!
I’ll be travelling for a month and half and i’m looking for aomeone to take care of my room ans enjoy the winter vibes of Berlin.
My flatmate is also Italian: he’s a sommelier and he will stay over for the entire period. Really sociable but also ready to respect your space
(Whenever we will have the pleasure to meet you, we can also further discuss the timing, possibility to extend)
