Unser Mitbewohner Julien zieht für ein halbes Jahr nach Singapur, daher suchen wir eine freundliche Person, die sein Zimmer für diesen Zeitraum übernimmt. Am liebsten würden wir das Zimmer für die gesamten sechs Monate vermieten, aber wir sind auch offen für ein Gespräch falls kürzere Zeiträume für dich besser passen würden.
Das Zimmer ist möbliert und die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet mit allem, was du brauchst. Auf Wunsch kann ich auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung stellen. In der Wohnung gibt es alles Notwendige, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche und natürlich WLAN. Wir werden genug Platz in den Regalen und im Kleiderschrank schaffen, damit du deine Sachen gut unterbringen kannst, und helfen gerne, wo wir können, um die gemeinsame Zeit so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten.

Hii, our roommate Julien is moving for half a year to Singapor and we are looking for a friendly person that takes over his room for that persiod of time.
I would prefer renting out the room for the whole period of time, but we would also open for a talk if its just need for maybe 3 months or so.
The room is furnished and the apartment is fully equipped with everything you need. I provide bed linen and towels etc. if required.
The appartement is fully equpid with everything you need. There is a washing machine, a dishwasher, everything you need is available in the kitchen and of course there is WiFi. Ofc ourse we'll make enough space in all the shelfs and in the wardrobe so you are going to have space for your things. We'll make it out to support where ever we can to create a nice time living together :)

In the immediate vicinity is Weserstrasse, known for its trendy bars, excellent restaurants as well as some stylish fashion stores and second-hand shops.
Hermannplatz is just a few minutes away and offers excellent connections to the U8 and U7 subway lines.
In addition, you can reach Maybachufer in just 10 minutes on foot, where one of the most beautiful weekly markets in Berlin takes place every Saturday. The market offers a large selection of fresh fruit and vegetables, fish and meat at attractive prices.
Deine lieben, freundlichen und gut aussehenden Mitbewohner*innen werden Paola und Pieter sein. Paola ist Tänzerin, Tanzlehrerin, Performerin und Teilzeitstudentin, und Pieter ist unser langjähriger Student der Kulturwissenschaften und Philosophie. Er ist die „Mutter“ der WG, immer offen für tiefgehende Gespräche und gerne bereit, ein Brett- oder Kartenspiel zu spielen, wenn du Lust dazu hast.
Wir alle schätzen eine entspannte Mentalität und eine lockere Atmosphäre, also wenn du offen, queer-freundlich und unkompliziert bist, wirst du hier perfekt reinpassen.

Paola is a dancer, dance teacher, performer, and part-time student, and Pieter is our long-term student in cultural studies and philosophy.
