Hey everyone interested,
our huge 151 qm flat, in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg - absolute best location in town, ask ur friends, is looking for new tenants! As u can see on the pictures the rooms are quiet and sunny as the flat is located in the 4th floor and tastefully equipped and furnished. The whole flat has big windows and very high stucco ceilings. A real old building flat everyone is looking for nowadays.
The flat has a huge kitchen and living room area and there are two full bathrooms. Washing machine of course. In the kitchen u can find everything u need, two fridges, freezer, dishwasher (very good to have in a WG), dishes, basically everything u need.
Here is space for a lovely person who plans to stay longterm, wanna make this flat a home and loves to live in a shared flat.
The rent is all in (furnished, service charges, heating, sustainable electricity, internet etc.)
Anmeldung/ Registration is of course possible.
The flat is located in the absolute center of Prenzlauer Berg right between Kollwitzkiez and Bötzowviertel. This is one of the „most wanted“ neighborhoods in Berlin. There u can find many nice Cafes, Bars and Restaurants. Probably some of u might also know Mauerpark, Kulturbrauerei, Kollwitzplatz, Volkspark Friedrichshain etc. Of course u can find a supermarket, an organic supermarket and a „Späti“ around the corner.
The flat is perfectly connected with the public transportation network. 3 stops by M2 and u are on Alexanderplatz. By foot or two stop in the other direction with M4 u find the Ringbahn. 20 min with M10 and u are at Berlin central station. M10 20 min in the other direction u are in the middle of Friedrichshain/ Warschauerstr. were u can find the best clubs in town.

Tina is a 21-year-old biotechnology student from Poland, now living in Berlin and set to graduate this year. She moved to Germany a year ago and has been enjoying life in the city. Ana, spanish 25 years old female. Environmental researcher intern. Loves whaching Japanese animation, music and . Likes to crochet, paint and dance. Also fan of boarth games and escape-rooms.
Maja, a 19 year old from Poland , currently studying fashion design. Besides that she enjoys baking, cooking, skiing, meeting friends and going to cinemas and exhibitions

We wanna find respectful inspiring persons that can also have a laugh. Please understand that we are looking for girls only. Preferably working as then as similar lifestyle is given. No boring people but also no party-all-the-time people. The flat should become a real home for the people who live in here, also therefore we are looking for people who wanna stay longterm.
