The apartment is in a popular part of the city. Cafes, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached on foot in 3 minutes.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer und liegt in einem sehr beliebten Kiez.
Gute Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Cafés, Supermärkte, Restaurants, Park... alles um die Wohnung herum vorhanden.
In der Wohnung leben 2 Katzen, die in der Zeit des Aufenthaltes mit versorgt werden müssten. Ebenso die Pflanzen auf dem Balkon. Deshalb mache ich das Angebot so günstig. Es ist mir wichtig, dass die Tiere und Pflanzen gut gepflegt werden.
Ein Händchen für Tiere ist mir wchtig.
Die Wohnung ist keine cleane Ferienwohnung, sondern eine Wohnung mit Gebrauchsspuren ;-)
Wir sind im angebotenen Zeitraum selber nicht komplett da. Eventuell mal für ein paar Tage.
