Momentarily due to uncertainty in the future of the flat, not looking for a long term flatmate, but someone looking for a short term sublet from around 01.03. until around 31.03.25.
Your room is located in a bright apartment in an old building and has a double bed and desk.
The flat has a nicely located balcony with a view over the square and into the sky, wonderful to sit and eat on warm summer nights. There's a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and separate chamber with a second toilet and lavatory and a living room.
5 Minutes by foot to S-Train Station Sonnenalle, 3 minutes to Bus M42, 10-15 min to U7 Karl-Marx-Straße.
Nice neighborhood with a lot of life and activity, some interesting gastronomy, table tennis and great icecream at Böhmischer Platz, the 'Böhmisches Dorf', a lot to discover.
We're one permanent flatmat (a phyisican working in public health, some days in home office) and one who is here only some days per month, commuting from Dresden (a manager of a non profit cultural space). We're quite relaxed and have our agendas, but also like to connect and cook together at times and have a chat in the kitchen.
Sublet for relaxed quiet purpose, not suitable for parties.
