Ich bin ein professioneller Musiker/Künstler, der ab Dez 24 bis Mai 25 auf einer Residenz im Ausland weilt. Ich suche jemanden, der für diese Zeit auf meine Wohnung aufpasst und in ihr lebt. Du willst das kleine Zimmer (17qm), dann lass ich meine Sachen im Großen: €450.- + NK; du willst das große schöne Zimmer mit Balkon (20qm): €500.- +NK. Du willst für die Zeit die ganze Wohnung: €750.- p.M.
Beide Zimmer sind möbliert (Doppelbett Schrank, Tisch). Sie sind keine Durchgangszimmer. Separater Zugang zu Bad und Küche. Non-Smokers only. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man für ein zentrales und zugleich ruhiges urbanes Zuhause benötigt. Die Möblierung der gesamten Wohnung ist zweckbetont. Nur für eine ruhige, verlässliche Person!

I am a professional musician/artist who will be on a residency abroad from Dec 24 to May 25.
I am looking for someone to stay in and look after my apartment for this time. You want the small room (17qm), then I leave my stuff in the big one: €450.- + NK; you want the big nice room with balcony (20qm), then I move my stuff into the small one: €500.- +NK. You want the whole apartment for the time: €750.- p.m.
Both rooms are furnished (bed wardrobe, table)
The two rooms are next to each other and are not through rooms. Separate access to the bathroom and kitchen. Non-smokers only.
The apartment has everything you need for a central yet quiet urban home.
The furnishing of the entire apartment is purpose-built. Only for a quiet, reliable person!
U7 Mierendorffplatz ist um die Ecke, sowie der Schlosspark. Bestes Chinesisches Restaurant der Stadt auch! ;-)
Working Musician & Hochschuldozent, bin viel unterwegs und wenn daheim, auch unterwegs.Da ich beruflich viel mit Menschen zu tun habe, ist mein Zuhause mein Rückzugsort. Für Menschen, die eine WG als "Familienersatz" sehen, ist das Angebot also eher nichts. Bin verheiratet, pendle zwischen Familienwohnsitz auf dem Land und Arbeitswohnsitz (Berlin). Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist zweckdienlich mit einem guten Doppel-Schlafsofa, Stuhl, Arbeitstisch, Kleiderständer, Vitrine, Deckenventilator ausgestattet.

I'm a working musician and university lecturer, I travel a lot and when I'm at home, I'm also out, so my home is my retreat as I have a lot to do with people in my job. For people who see a shared flat as a "substitute for a family", this offer is not really for them. I am married and commute between my family home and my place of work (Berlin). The room is functionally furnished with a good sofa bed, chair, work table, clothes rack and ceiling van and display cabinet.
This offer is not good for party-people, couch potatoes & ideologists of any kind!
