about the flat:
Hello! I am urgently looking for someone to move in to this room from the beginning of September.
The room is available until the 16th of September.
My flatmate has to be out during this time so this is why the room freed up.
The room is cute and has high ceelings and a big window. There’s a bed, table and a place to put clothes and you can also access the balkony through the window.
I will be sleeping and living in the other room that can also be used as a space to hang out together some times.
location:
It is very quiet in the apartment and it’s looking towards the backyard. Very close to the Gesundbrunnen station and Humbolthein park. There are a lot of grocery and food stores around as well as a späti right in front of the building.
about me:
I am a 24 year old dance student and musician. In general, I spend a lot of time out of the apartment at my university and at work so when I am home I like to rest, play music or cook something. Depending on your dynamics and schedules, we could also do these things together in some form or you can simply have your privacy and we don’t bother each other.
I don’t have any fixed agenda about how we should co-exist as flatmates, I guess this we would figure out together.
