Ab nächsten Monat leben wir zu dritt in der Wohnung.
In dieser Zeit hat jeder sein eigenes Bad und Toilette.
Allerdings verkleinert sich die Wg ab September - Dezember 2025 um eine Person.
Ab diesem Zeitpunkt fällt dann leider auch das eigene kleine Bad und der Gemeinschaftsraum (siehe Bild mit großem Tisch) weg.
Allerdings sinkt die Miete dann auf 700€ und die Gemeinschaftsräume werden nur von 2 Leuten benutzt. Dieser Zustand wird ein Jahr lang andauern.
Wem der Platz dann aber nicht mehr reicht, kann in ein größeres möbliertes Zimmer (30qm) ziehen, welches auch direkt an die Dachterrasse grenzt. Dies kostet dann aber 100€-150€ mehr.
Im Gemeinschaftsraum gibt es einen großen Tisch an dem man schön zusammen kommen und gesellige Abende verbringen kann.
Tagsüber kann der Raum auch fürs Homeoffice genutzt werden.
Generell essen wir dort auch sehr gerne zu Abend oder spielen vor allem am Wochenende gerne Brettspiele.

From next month on there will be three of us living in the apartment.

In the common room there is a large table, chairs and a bench. During the day, the room can be used for home office days. In the evening, we can have dinner together or play games there.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral und nur ca 4 min von der Ringbahnstation Schöneberg entfernt.
Außerdem gibt es alles was man braucht in der Nähe.
Penny gegebüber und ein großer Lidl ist 3 min entfernt.
Auch kann man sowohl die Akazienstr. als auch die Julius-Leber Brücke in jeweils 10 Gehminuten erreichen. Dort gibt es viele Ausgehmöglichkeiten wie Cocktailbars, Restaurants und viele Cafés.

The apartment is very centrally located and only about 4 minutes from the Ringbahn station Schöneberg.
There is also everything you need nearby.
Penny across the street and a large Lidl is 3 minutes away.
You can also reach both Akazienstr. and the Julius-Leber Bridge in 10 minutes on foot. There are many places to go out, such as cocktail bars, restaurants and many cafés.
Wir haben uns beim Solo Reisen kennengelernt und sind schließlich zusammen gekommen. Er kommt aus Australien, ich aus Deutschland weshalb er momentan nur Englisch sprichh.
Wir teilen uns ein Zimmer in der Wohnung.
Wir sind gerne unterwegs und gesellig und würden uns über eine Mitbewohner*in freuen, mit der wir uns gut verstehen und mit der wir vllt auch mal zusammen kochen, grillen oder einen Wein trinken können.
Wenn die Woche anstrengend war brauchen wir jedoch auch mal Zeit für uns selbst und verstehen auch wenn du Ruhe benötigst.
Generell spiele ich, vor allem im Winter, Gesellschaftsspiele am Wochenende (meist mit Freunden) bei denen du sehr gerne mitmachen kannst.
Außerdem mag ich Pflanzen und mag Urban gardening, wofür sich die Dachterrasse sehr anbietet.
Natürlich wäre es toll wenn du das Hobby mit mir teilst und man auch gegenseitig auf die Pflanzen des anderen aufpassen könnte, aber natürlich kann die Dachterrasse auch nur zum relaxen genutzt werden :)
Generell ist mir Sauberkeit sehr wichtig.

We met while traveling and he's from Australia, I'm from Germany. Now we are a couple and live in Berlin. For the moment he only speaks English and we share a room in the apartment.
We enjoy traveling and socializing and would love to have a flatmate with whom we get along well and with whom we could maybe cook, barbecue or have a wine together.
However, if the week has been exhausting, we also need some time to ourselves and also understand if you need peace.
I love to play board games on the weekends (usually with friends), especially in winter, in which you are very welcome to join.
I also like plants and urban gardening, for which the roof top terrace is perfect.
It would be great if you could share this hobby with me and we could take care of each other's plants, but of course the roof top terrace can also be used to just relax :)
In general, cleanliness is very important to me.
