Gerne möchte ich während meiner Reise nach Peru mein einmaliges Zimmer in unserer historischen Wohnung (hier haben die Skladanowski Brüder den Film erfunden) für ca. 10 Tage untervermieten.
Das lichtdurchflutete Zimmer ist ca. 40m2 groß und bietet einen tollen Blick auf den Prenzlauer Berg. Gemeinsam mit den anderen Mitbewohnern* Huy (36), Fabian (29) und Andrew (27) kannst du die Küche sowie eines der beiden Badezimmer mitnutzen. In Absprache mit Huy ist auch der Balkon mit Ausblick zum Fernsehturm nutzbar. Die Wohnung hat zwei Bäder. Deines teilst du mit Huy.
Da alle in der WG queer oder schwul sind, ist eine queer friendly Atmosphäre gewährleistet. Zudem lebt im einen Zimmer ein kleiner und freundlicher Hund (Chihuahua-Mischling). Du findest ganz in der Nähe die queeren Bars "Tipsy Bear" oder Marietta. Prenzlauer Berg ist als offener und queer friendly Stadtteil bekannt, in dem du dich wohl fühlen wirst.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock ohne Aufzug in einem denkmalgeschützten Haus. Tolle Aussicht inklusive!

In our bright attic apartment, we offer a room in our 4-person flatshare for sublet from approximately 10 days in Octobre.
The bright, spacious room is about 40m2 in size and offers a great view of Prenzlauer Berg. Together with the other roommates, Huy (36), Fabian (29), and Andrew (27), you can use the kitchen as well as one of the two bathrooms, which you will share with Huy. The balcony with a view of the TV tower is also available for use in coordination with Huy.
Since everyone in the flatshare is queer or gay, a queer-friendly atmosphere is guaranteed. Moreover, a small and friendly dog (Chihuahua mix) lives in one of the rooms. You'll find the queer bars "Tipsy Bear" or Marietta very close by. Prenzlauer Berg is known as an open and queer-friendly district where you will feel comfortable.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor without an elevator in a heritage-listed building. Great view included!
Unsere Wohnung liegt mitten im Prenzlauer Berg an der Ecke Schönhauseralle / Kastanienallee – U Eberswalder Strasse. Die Haltestellen U-Bahn U2 sowie Straßenbahnen M1, M10, M1 und 12 befinden sich direkt vor der Haustür.

Our appartment lies in the heart of Prenzlauer Berg directly at the lively corner of metro station "U Eberswalder Strasse" (Schönhauser Allee / Kastanienallee). Metro station U2 and tramways M1, M10 and 12 are just in front of the house.
Wir, die während Donats Abwesenheit weiter hier wohnen werden, sind Huy (36, Graphic Designer), Fabian (29, Digital Künstler, Wissenschaftler, Student) und Andrew (Programmierer). Bezüglich WG-Leben: Vieles kann, nichts muss. Über warmherzige, empathische und ordentliche Menschen – sehr gerne auch queer-feministisch handelnde und denkende Menschen – freuen wir uns besonders. Huy hat zudem einen kleinen Hund, der auch hier wohnt. Das Zimmer bietet volle Privatsphäre.

We are Peter Huy (36, Graphic Designer), Fabian (29, Digital Artist and Scientist) and Andrew (IT). Concerning the living together, many things are possible, nothing is mandatory – beside being nice, neat, repspect- and thoughtfull and openhearted. Being and/or thinking and living queer-feminist is a big plus. Huy owns a little dog which lives here too. The rooms offers full privacy.
