Please READ the ad before you send me a message or before you ask any questions that are already specified here.
I am subletting 1 room for 2 months. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 is mine, and 1 would be yours for the duration of the month. The room is clear, there will be no personal items there, just the furniture. There is no living room, it's only 2 separate bedrooms.
I am offering 2 months sublet with a possibility to extend to 6 months, or maybe even longer. I had some bad roommate experiences, so I would like to see if we can get along and live peacefully, before we commit to a longer term.
Me and my cat would be your only roommates. So please, I ask only people that love cats and don't have any allergies to apply.
ANMELDUNG not possible for 2 months. But could be possible later.
I am a 33 year old working woman. I sleep at night generally, and would like to live with someone who mostly has a normal schedule. Occasional nights out are totally cool, I do that too. I am generally very focused and quiet at home, however also friendly, and would like to sometimes cook together or hangout, but that's absolutely not mandatory:)
Communication is key, I hope you have experience living with other people and can discuss normal everyday things, always clean after yourself and share expenses for things like cleaning supplies and toilet paper etc.
I expect no drugs in the house.
So please consider these things before applying, it would be better for both of us if our lifestyles mostly align.
Women and FLINTA preferred.
Room is furnished (!). Some personal belongings you see on the photo will be removed.
The apartment is located pretty centrally, zip code is officially Nk but located more in Alt-Treptow area. You can walk to many lively spots from here, nearest bus is 8 min walk, and I usually bike to S-Bahn, 5 min by bike.
The apartment is very quiet and sunny. Your room would be on the mezzanine floor, so it's pretty elevated, feels more like 2nd floor, nobody will be able to look into your windows. It faces the courtyard, there are no loud roads nearby.
It's good if we have similar schedule, I work during the day, sleep at night. Sometimes go out on the weekend.
I have a cat. So no other animals are possible and it would be better if you also like cats. My cat is very friendly and social, and she will want to become friends with you.
Shared small apartment expenses.
Cleaning once a week, rotating schedule.
No dirty dishes in the sink, please, ever.
I have unfortunately dealt with a scammer before from WG-Gesucht.
So I will require passport, and some other form of identification, it can be schufa (solicitar ahora) /anmeldung/work contract/paystubs or freelance number. I know not everyone has these things moving fresh to Berlin, I am flexible and we can take it case by case.
