It's 10 minutes walk from Alexanderplatz.
There are several small parks nearby, and for convenient grocery shopping, both Netto and Edeka supermarkets are just a 1-minute walk from the flat.
Hi there! I'm David, the main renter, originally from Argentina and 35 years old. There are 3 Bedrooms in total and a big Kitchen / Living Room. We'll be 3 people in total sharing this apartment. The other flatmate is a very friendly and quiet girl, she is from Singapore, and likes to cook delicious food.
You’re encouraged to use the common spaces like the living room and kitchen - feel free to treat it like your own! It's a relaxed, non-purposeful shared living situation. Hanging out together is great, but it's totally fine if you prefer your own space too.
I work remotely and the Wi-Fi is excellent!
While parties aren't allowed, feel free to have friends over. I actually host board game nights once a week - you're welcome to join! Just a heads up, this is a smoke-free apartment.
Ideally we are looking for someone tidy, relaxed and non-smoker preferably. We all make an effort to keep the palce tidy and clean. We take turns every weekend to clean the bathroom and floors.
Individuals of all genders, races, religions, and sexual orientations are welcomed!

We just got a new and big TV, great for movie nights.
