Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Friedrichshain, direkt am Strausberger Platz in der Karl-Marx-Allee.
Der Volkspark Friedrichshain mit dem angeschlossenen Klinikum liegt nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und lädt zu Spaziergängen, Joggingrunden oder gemütlichen Grillabenden (vor allem im Sommer) ein.
Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (LIDL, Netto, EDEKA) sowie Restaurants, Ärzte uvm. sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar.
Folgende Anbindungen sind direkt vor der Tür:
