Willkommen im neuen Zuhause! Das zur Verfügung stehende Zimmer erstreckt sich über großzügige 19m². Es ist vollständig möbliert und ausgestattet mit einem gemütlichen 160x200 Bett, einem Schreibtisch samt Bürostuhl, einem geräumigen Kleiderschrank, einer Garderobe sowie passenden Lampen und einem Teppich.
Durch das große Doppelglasfenster strömt reichlich Tageslicht in den Raum. Dieses Zimmer wird erstmals vermietet, also sei der erste Bewohner dieses gemütlichen Refugiums!
Der große Garten kann von allen Bewohnern des Hauses benutzt werden und bietet im Sommer wie Winter ausreichend Platz zur Erholung. Dort gibt es auch einen Grillplatz.
Es handelt sich um Zimmer 4 auf dem Grundriss.

Welcome to your new home! The available room extends over a generous 19m2. It is fully furnished and equipped with a comfortable 160x200 bed, a desk with office chair, a spacious closet, a coat rack as well as matching lamps and a carpet.
Plenty of daylight streams into the room through the large, soundproofed double-glazed window. The large garden can be used by all residents of the house and offers plenty of space to relax in summer and winter. There is also a barbecue area.
The location could not be better - located directly at the Heidelberger Platz S+U station, it offers first-class connections. All universities and hotspots can be reached quickly and easily with the U3 underground line or the Ringbahn. The journey time to the FU is only 8 minutes, to the TU just 11 minutes.
There is a late-night supermarket practically on the corner of the street, and the municipal swimming pool is just across the street. Supermarkets and various shopping facilities are within a radius of just 200m.
The shared kitchen is not only fully equipped with modern appliances such as a Miele washing machine and dishwasher, but is also a place to exchange ideas and spend cooking evenings together. Not only culinary delights are created here, but also friendships.

Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein - direkt am S+U Bhf. Heidelberger Platz gelegen, bietet sich eine erstklassige Anbindung. Mit der U3 oder der Ringbahn sind sämtliche Universitäten und Hotspots schnell und bequem erreichbar. Die Fahrtzeit zur FU beträgt nur 8 Minuten, zur TU lediglich 11 Minuten.
Ein Spätkauf befindet sich quasi an der Straßenecke, das Stadtbad liegt auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite. Supermärkte und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen innerhalb eines Radius von nur 200m.
