A cosy room perfect for a single person looking for temporary accommodation as an intern, student, tourist on a quick stay, newcomer exploring Berlin in it's last few good weather days. It's got all the basic furniture with a bed, wardrobe, and a study table. You'd feel quite at home and on days you don't want to step outside, it's a great place to just laze around. I keep it very clean, so you've got it all sorted when you move in.
Also, the apartment is really pretty. Our friends never miss to say how nice it is, when they visit us. It's quite a comfortable place and very homely.
And if you like the Indian subcontinent food, you'd land in the right place :)
Super centrally located. Zoologischer Garten, Mitte, Alexanderplatz- All are just a few minutes of commute. It's located 7 mins from Nollendorfplatz UBahn, so great connectivity to U1/U3, U2, U4. 4 mins away from U4-Viktoria Luis Platz. 2 mins to the bus stop for M46. Nollendorfplatz is known for being a very happening and fun area. So waking around on summer evenings or hopping to parties around are always options.
Flatmates are Indian and Bangladeshi students. Both are very friendly and fun people. We often cook together and watch movies together. You can consider joining in if you wish to, and otherwise you have all the privacy you want, take your pick.
