das Zimmer ist in einer Wohnung in der berühmten Hufeisensiedlung (UNESCO-Weltkulturerbe). Dort ist es sehr ruhig und grün. Aus meinem Zimmer, das ich untervermieten werde, aus der Küche und vom Balkon blickt man ins Grüne auf einen Teich. Zugleich befindet sich die Wohnung aber auch direkt an der U-Bahnlinie U7 (Parchimer Allee), weshalb man sehr schnell die wichtigsten Ziele in Neukölln und Kreuzberg erreicht.
In meinem Zimmer steht ein Klavier und Beamer.
Das Bett werde ich für dich mit frischem Bettzeug überziehen.
Kostenloses WLAN, eine Gitarre und einen Wasserfilter in der Küche gibt´s auch.
Ein Mitbewohner und ich werden auch in der Wohnung sein.
Melde dich einfach und schreibe kurz ein paar Sätze über dich, was du machst und warum Du nach Berlin kommst.

The room is in an apartment in the famous Hufeisensiedlung (UNESCO World Heritage Site). It is very quiet and green there. From my room, which I will be subletting, from the kitchen and from the balcony you have a view of the greenery and a pond. At the same time, the apartment is located directly on the U7 subway line (Parchimer Allee), which means you can reach the main destinations in Neukölln and Kreuzberg very quickly.
I have a piano and a projector in my room.
The bed will also be covered with brand new bedding.
There's also free Wi-Fi, a guitar and a water filter in the kitchen.
Me and another guy will live in the flat.
Just get in touch and write a few sentences about yourself, what you are doing and why you are coming to Berlin.
