The apartment faces the courtyard, so it's generally really quiet. It's on the top floor, so there's no noisy upstairs neighbors, and it stays pretty cool in the summer months.
There is one other bedroom in the apartment where the other housemate lives. The kitchen is also large with all new appliances (washing machine, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc).

Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof, daher ist es im Allgemeinen sehr ruhig. Sie liegt im obersten Stockwerk, sodass es keine lauten Nachbarn im Obergeschoss gibt und es in den Sommermonaten ziemlich kühl bleibt.
Es gibt ein weiteres Schlafzimmer in der Wohnung, in der der andere Mitbewohner lebt. Die Küche ist ebenfalls groß und mit allen neuen Geräten ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Herd, Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler usw.).
There's the U8 about a 7 minute walk away and the U7 about a 10 min walk away, with busses right outside. Some of the best bakeries, bars and restaurants around and the river is also a short walk away, so it's beautiful in the summer.

The other roommate is very nice, clean and quiet. The two rooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so there's lots of privacy and quiet.

Wifi included, has a dishwasher, washing machine, new stove/oven and refrigerator, as well as all furniture. The total rent for 1.5 months is 1500 euro, but if you wanted only a partial timeframe, that can be negotiated.
