"Welcome to your home away from home! in the heart of the city, our cozy home offers more than just a place to sleep. Live with a friendly couple who love to cook and share their experiences about travel and life, or maybe even catch a movie at our big home cinema if time allows.
Here’s what you’ll find:
Bright and Quiet:Enjoy a peaceful retreat in our rooms with a shared balcony near a river.
Convenient Location: Our apartment is located in the central part of Berlin but in a quiet part. it is close to cafes, bars, and supermarkets (Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Kaufland, Penny) and a good local super market and a bakery. Excellent public transport connections (3 different S-Bahn stations, bus, tram) make exploring Berlin a breeze.
Nature Nearby: Just 8 minutes away, discover the beautiful River with boats and a large park .
Shared Spaces and facilities:You’ll have access to a spacious balcony, a fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, tea pot, toaster, air fryer, and washing machine), and a shared bathroom.And of course, stay connected with our free WiFi. you can also could use my bicycle( if it would be unused)
There are 3 bedrooms for rent (from 1night or more)and a living room:
# The Light room: it is cozy but full furnished. A comfortable double bed, closet, and a large mirror await you. It is located in the southern part of the home that means it is sun catching with a good view to the back yard. Also a balcony and kitchen and bathroom are available.
# The Master bedroom: it is our main master bedroom that includes 2 large double bed and a large desk and a big mirror. with renting this room you can use the whole shared living room and enjoy watching movie at the big cinema theater.
# The living room: This is a shared living room with a L shape sofa and a blanket. actually it is not suitable for staying more than 3 or 4 nights.(it means that you can book here just for a couple of days) a big cinema makes you to enjoy watching matches or movies (especially from 10 am until 11.30 pm). a kitchen and a balcony and a bathroom are also available.
# The big room: it is about 22 square meters with a good view to the alley. It is also fully furnished with a sofa bed (120 *200) with a desk and wardrobe and library that is really easy to work from home. Also a balcony and kitchen and bathroom are available.
