Anmeldung possible! English for inclusive reasons, but German is not a problem :) A room in my 2-people flatshare is available soon as my previous roommate is moving in with her boyfriend :)
Sunny room with private balcony access, facing internal garden for light and quiet. Waking up with birds chirping in Berlin is quite exceptional! The room is already furnished with minimum indispensable:
- bed & mattress
- desk
- desk chair
- drawer for your clothes
and has more room for your personal touch!
The pictures are featuring the room as it is now. My current roommate will be taking the rest of the furniture not mentioned in the list :)
We have a cellar where you can store additional things, an inner courtyard with small garden where we lock our bikes.
Strategic Location in Berlin. 3 minutes walking distance from U6 line and 15 minutes from Tempelhofer S-Station of the Ringbahn, where you can reach anywhere in Berlin.
If you are a bike lover, you will be in Tempelhofer Feld in less than 10 minutes and in Neukölln in around 15.
We have all supermarkets nearby (Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi) and Tempelhofer Hafen is around the corner with DM, Mediamarkt, even Kaufhof closeby. If you are a fan of Turkish & Arab supermarkets (like me), the area has them closeby, too :)
I am Isabella, 30, originally from Bologna, Italy but living in Germany for almost 9 years (Bonn first, Berlin later).
I am offering a room in my 2-people flatshare as my previous roommate is moving in with her boyfriend. I am sad to see her go but happy to find someone new to share a peaceful, quiet and respectful life. I am looking for someone who knows how to share responsibilities for a common household in terms of cleanliness, shared supplies (dish soap, TPs...), taking out the trash and similar :)
The contract is limited to 3 months at first with the option to prolong and switch to long-term if you are looking for long term solutions and if we find we are a good match.
About me, your future roommate: I studied Linguistics and I ended up in Project Management for IT, so right now I lead a typical 9-5 life working partly from home, but mostly from the office, and ideally we have compatible rhythms during our work week. I'm thinking: no wild house parties on a random Tuesday night, but always happy to share a word in the kitchen and if you are in need of company, I am always happy to finish the day together in front of a good homecooked meal or a warm cup of tea.
Because I have a lot of interests outside my work, I am out and about pretty often, and when I come home I usually like to have some quiet and my chance to recharge social energies with a good book or a bit of meditation in my room.
My interests are theatre, social justice and languages. I am currently studying Russian and a little bit of Arabic and I speak English, Italian, German and Spanish.
