Das Zimmer liegt in der Mitte von den beiden anderen Zimmern und ist das schönste, weil es am hellsten ist.
Ich habe viel in die Möbel investiert und es ganz bequem eingerichtet.
Bitte nenn mir deinen Zeitraum:
Das Zimmer kann ab dem 11.06 bezogen werden und ich komme am 08.07 wieder. Vom (siehe unten) ist das Zimmer nochmal frei.
Der Betrag ist einmalig zu verrichten (den wir vorher ausmachen). Ein vorheriger Auszug ist möglich aber
eine Rückzahlung würde es dann nicht geben, da ich in Mexiko sein werde und mich nicht um einen
Nachmieter kümmern kann.

The room is situated between the two other rooms and is the nicest because it is the brightest. I have invested a lot in the furniture and made it very comfortable.
The room can be occupied from June 11th, and I will return on July 8th.
The amount is to be paid once (which we will agree upon beforehand). Moving out earlier is possible, but there will be no refund since I will be in Mexico and won't be able to find a replacement tenant.

Perfekt zwischen Naturkundemuseum und Schwarzkopfstraße, also Tram und U-Bahn in der Nahe. Die Tor-Straße ist in 20 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.

30 min to all clubs and important sightseeing stops
Perfekter geht es nicht. Wir machen sehr viel zusammen, ob sonntags auf dem Flohmarkt abends auf der Couch beim fernsehgucken oder einfach zusammen kochen. Eine Zweck WG ist es hier definitiv nicht. Dennoch hat hier jeder seinen eigenen Freiraum und macht gerne sein eigenes Ding ab und an.
Keine Party WG. Bei uns findet die Party draußen statt.

Es wäre ganz cool, wenn du ebenfalls tagsüber berufstätig beziehungsweise in der Uni bist. Das würde am besten mit dem Rhythmus der WG über einstimmen.
Du könntest im Juli nochmals in das Zimmer bei Interesse :)
