We are a stable international bunch of humble flat-/room-mates who are always up for company, good mood. Whenever you come home hungry you will be invited to join the meals, if there was cooked and the dish is ready to be served. We like to share food, stories, knowledge, time and good mood.
I want to launch in our empty and abandonned former jewish factory a creative non profitable neighbourhood Project. There are several empty appartments under construction, in which I want to bring some creative activists with whom I can share my dream of living, with whom I can dream a common worthy dream for our future and the future of our children.
I am looking for activist, who have realised that we must act now all together to get rid of this Kapitalistic Faschistic Fraudster Horror Show what trys to send all of us to hell.

We have additionally 2 single-cabins available to the same price as in the mixed gender dormitory.
Simple accommodation in mixed gender dormitory you get with us for 260 Euro per month plus once an obligatory deposit of 260 Euro.
Your question to the availability of a single room for your sister.
We can offer one single room, stuffed with 2 king-size-beds at the reduced price of 500 Euro instead of 560 Euro per month for one single person. For the usage of 2 people staying we charge 560 Euro for the single room with all in all.
We have (one room for 2 persons) available, equipped with ONE-DOUBLE-KINGSIZE BUNK BED 140x200 cm. Office-desktop, creative table, shelf, music system, direct access to the bathroom with massage table.

We do reservations exclusively on the basis of contract and prepayment for the first month, beforehand.
Deposit and monthly contribution is obligatory to be handed out with moving in. You will get your own keys and a receit for the deposit and the monthly contribution.
