We are looking for someone to join our house! :) ✨
We are an international community of 9 people. Some of us are self-employed, founding our startup, or creating content. We enjoy spending time together, organizing different activities, and supporting each other with our work and projects!
The house 🏡
We have an entire house with three separate flats and a cozy garden.
Each flat is fully furnished, featuring a separate kitchen, 2 bathrooms (1x large, 1x small (toilet and sink)), and living room, totaling approximately 100 sqm. The garden is well-equipped with plants, pallet seats, a BBQ for summer, and an ice bath for winter.

Your room is on the 1st floor, beautifully furnished, and you’ll be sharing the flat with Tristan and Julian. One bedroom is available in this rent advertisement.
We keep our apartments clean, and tidy.

Tempelhof is one of Berlin's greenest areas, with numerous parks perfect for a morning walk along the river. Numerous Supermarkets ("German" & Asian) are conveniently located just across the street, only a 1-minute walk away.
Additionally, there’s a shopping mall and plenty of restaurants right next to our house, offering a variety of dining and shopping options.
The U6 station is just a 3-minute walk away, providing quick access to the city center.
In short, everything we need is right at our doorstep.

You'll be sharing a flat with two other people on the 2nd floor, but you are welcome to join the activities we organize together with the other people in the house 🏡

Tristan (your flatmate)
A robotic engineer who loves nature, hiking, climbing, and FPV Drones. He installed a small 3D printing station in the basement and is making lots of fun and useful stuff in his free time.
Julian (your flatmate)
Loves techno music and is also doing lots of sports (mostly fitness), mixes some techno, and likes to watch anime. Mindfulness and growth are important things to him. He works as a creator who helps men to become more mindful lovers and better partners.
Tobi
is a medical doctor, who worked in different Healthtech startups during medical school. After graduating he worked in strategy consulting for a while and is currently looking to get back into healthcare or health tech. In his free time he loves volunteering (Hi-Med, VICTOR Lübeck e.V.), reading, cooking, doing all sorts of outdoor activities (Campervan tours, bikepacking), and going to the gym.
Tam
is a medical engineer turned project manager at Charité Berlin. She is spontaneous, enjoying activities like poetry slams, pub quizzes, concerts, critical mass bike rides, as well as cozy evenings with tea and board games. Trying out new things is her favorite hobby, lately, it is biking and growing plants.
Ludovica
is a kind and enthusiastic technical lead in her own (DEEPSKINAI) startup. She originally arrived in Berlin for an Erasmus Program and then stayed here. In her free time, she loves to read, draw, and do sports of any kind.
Ludovica
is a co-founder of a Berlin-based startup that develops a no-code solution for iOS development. She grew up in the North of Italy and is into gaming, art, and design.
Ali
Data scientist, working on a project helping to connect neighborhood activities; Genius cook of food; Loves books and hiking.
Magda
Is a studied architect and currently works as an Urban Planner. In her free time, she loves boxing and theatre or discovering new places and faces.
The deposit is equivalent to two months' rent. Anmeldung is of course possible.
