Das Zimmer ist klein, aber fein. Man kann es sich gemütlich einrichten. Außerdem ist es richtung Süden ausgerichtet und hat somit den ganzen Tag Sonne. Draußen blickt man auf einen kleinen neugestalteten Grünstreifen. Alles ist relativ frisch renoviert.
The room is small but cute and because the windows are southward it gets sun the whole day. Outside you can see a small newly developed green space. The room was renovated just one year ago.
Das Zimmer liegt im Hausotterkiez und ist relativ ruhig trotzdem hat man auf der Residenzstraße alles was man braucht in 5 Minuten fußläufig; Döner, Späti, Netto, Edeka, etc. Die U8 ist nur 3 Minuten entfernt und bringt ein überall schnell hin. Man ist in 10 Minuten am Rosenthaler Platz in 15 am Alex und in 20 Minuten in Kreuzberg.
The room is located in the Hausotterkiez and is relatively quiet, yet you can walk to everything you need on Residenzstraße in 5 minutes; kebab shops, Späti, Netto, Edeka, etc. The U8 underground line is only 3 minutes away and takes you everywhere quickly. You can be at Rosenthaler Platz in 10 minutes, Alex in 15 and Kreuzberg in 20 minutes.
In der WG wohnen Toni, Kira und Fine. Die drei sind super entspannt und nett und man trifft sich oft in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon.
Toni, Kira and Fine live in the flat share. The three of them are super relaxed and nice and we often meet up in the kitchen or on the balcony spontaneously.
Der Balkon ist riesig, aber hat noch Potenzial. Also falls ihr Lust habt ihn zu gestalten, immer gerne!
