El dormitorio es bastante luminoso y grande, alrededor de 24 metros cuadrados, techos muy altos. No hay absolutamente muebles en ella, las plantas en la imagen no se incluyen tristemente :(

Es un WG 2er, vivo en la habitación relativamente pequeña.
Vengo de Chile, tengo mi estudio de arte en Kreuzberg pero también tengo un trabajo a tiempo parcial. He estado viviendo en Berlín por casi 8 años, hablo alemán también :)

El apartamento está situado en Wrangelkiez, a poca distancia de Schlesisches Tor (U3/U1) y Görlitzer Park.

Buscando a alguien responsable, honesto, que le gusta reír y cuidar del piso. No tenemos que ser mejores amigos pero me gustaría que fuera un partido y que ambos nos sentimos cómodos. Estoy buscando también a alguien que le gusten los animales porque hay un perro que viene a visitar con bastante frecuencia y a veces se queda un par de días. Por supuesto sería mi responsabilidad, pero no me gustaría que fuera incómodo para nadie.

IMPORTANTE INFO:
Lamentablemente no hay posibilidad de registro (Anmeldung).
Esto no es un apartamento de fiesta.
El oficial que se mueve en la fecha es el 1 de mayo, pero hay una posibilidad de ser un poco antes si es necesario.
Alquiler mensual es de 490 euros todos incluidos.
Depósito es de dos meses de alquiler (980 Euro).

The bedroom is quite bright and big, around 24 square meters, very high ceilings. There is absolutely no furniture in it, the plants in the picture are sadly not included :(

Looking for someone responsible, honest, that likes to laugh and takes care of the flat. We don't have to be best friends but I would like it to be a match and that we both feel comfortable. I am looking also for someone that likes animals because there is a dog that comes to visit quite often and sometimes stays for a couple of days. It would be of course my responsibility, but I would not like it to be uncomfortable for anyone.

This is not a party flat.
The official moving in date is May 1st but there is a possibility to be a bit sooner if needed.
