Das Beste zuerst: Dein Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum Südbalkon! :) Es hat hohe Decken mit Stuck und Dielenboden und ist mit Bett, Sofa, Kleiderschrank und Schreibtisch möbliert. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Wasch- und Spülmaschine, das Bad hat eine Badewanne und Fenster und wir können den Garten hinterm Haus mitbenutzen :)
First things first: Your room has direct access to the south-facing balcony! :) It has beautiful high ceilings and is furnished with a bed, a dresser, a desk and a sofa. The kitchen is fully equiped with dishwasher and washing machine and, our bathroom has a bathtub and a window and we have a beautiful backyard :)
Die WG liegt zentral aber ruhig im Florakiez mit vielen Restaurants, Cafés und einem Biergarten direkt vor der Haustür und mehreren Supermärkten in der Nähe. Da die Wohnung in einer Nebenstraße ist gibt es so gut wie keinen Verkehrslärm :) Sowohl die Stadt als auch die Natur sind hier nicht weit: mit dem Rad bist du in 15min in Prenzlauer Berg, oder du läufst 5min zum S&U Pankow von wo du super gut angebunden bist. Der Schloss- und Bürgerpark sind keine 10 Minuten zu Fuß und wir haben ein Café mit großer Wiese dirket hinterm Haus.
The flat share is located in Florakiez, with many restaurants, cafés, a beer garden and several supermarkets nearby. As the apartment is in a small street, so there is almost no traffic noise :) Both the city and nature are not far away: you can be in Prenzlauer Berg in 15 minutes by bike, or you can walk 5 minutes to the S&U Pankow. The Schlosspark and Bürgerpark are less than a 10-minute walk away and we have a café with a large meadow right behind the house.
Du wirst mit mir (Dana) in der WG wohnen :) Ich bin 29, mache meine Doktorarbeit in molekularer Medizin und wohne seit circa 2 Jahren in der Wohnung. Wenn ich nicht gerade an einem DIY Projekt arbeite bin ich am liebsten draußen, egal ob auf Fahrradtour, wandern oder faul am See.
Zum WG Leben: Ich würde mich sehr freuen, ab und zu zusammen zu kochen, zu spielen, was aktives zu machen oder einfach mit einem Bier zusammenzusitzen, bin aber unter der Woche auch häufiger nach der Arbeit unterwegs. Natürlich immer nach dem Motto 'alles kann, nichts muss' :)
Wir haben aktuell einen wöchentlichen Putzrythmus was sehr gut funktioniert und ich würde mich freuen wenn wir eine ähnliche Lösung finden würden :) Außerdem sind mir Toleranz und Offenheit super wichtig, aber vor allem natürlich dass wir uns gut verstehen - Also schreib gerne ein bisschen was über dich und fang die Nachricht mit deinem Lieblingsessen an wenn du bis hierhin gelesen hast :)
You will live with me (Dana) :) I'm 29, doing my PhD in molecular medicine and have been living in the apartment for about 2 years. When I'm not working on a DIY project I love being outside, whether its on a bike tour, hiking or spending the day by the lake.
How I imagine living together: It would be nice to cook together, play games, do something active or just have a beer from time to time, but I am also out after work quite often.
We currently have a weekly cleaning rhythm which works very well and I would be happy if we could find a similar solution :) In addition, tolerance and openness are super important to me, but above all, of course, that we get along well :) So feel free to write a little bit about yourself and start the message with your favorite food if you have read the text until the end :)
