Hallo,
ich vermiete mein gemütliches Zimmer in einer tollen Wohngemeinschaft. Die Miete beträgt 900,00 Euro pro Monat und beinhaltet bereits alle Nebenkosten wie Elektrizität und Internet.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und beinhaltet ein großes Bett (180 * 200 cm) und einen Kleiderschrank. Den auf den Bildern erkennbaren Schreibtisch nehme ich mit. Das Ende der Untermiete ist flexibel zwischen Mitte Februar bis Mitte März.
Unsere Wohnung befindet sich direkt am Hermannplatz in Berlin – eine perfekte Lage, um das pulsierende Leben der Stadt zu genießen. Der Hermannplatz ist ein belebter Knotenpunkt mit zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars. Alles, was du brauchst, ist direkt vor der Haustür!
Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend:
- U-Bahn: Die U-Bahn-Station Hermannplatz (U7 und U8) ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt, sodass du schnell und unkompliziert in alle Teile Berlins gelangen kannst.
- Busse: Mehrere Buslinien halten ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe, was dir noch mehr Flexibilität bietet.
In der WG lebt eine weitere Frau, die sehr freundlich und unkompliziert ist. Die Atmosphäre in der WG ist entspannt und respektvoll. Manchmal arbeitet sie im Homeoffice, manchmal im Büro.
Wir suchen vor allem Menschen im Alter zwischen 25 und 35 Jahren, die eine zentrale und gut angebundene Unterkunft in Berlin suchen. Wenn du interessiert bist, freuen wir uns auf deine Nachricht!
Das Zimmer vermieten wir für die Monate Januar bis Februar/März unter. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, dass ich das Zimmer auch weitere Monate untervermiete. Lass uns das beim Kennenlernen besprechen.

I am renting out my cozy room in a wonderful shared apartment for the months of January until end of February. The rent is €900 per month and includes all utilities such as electricity and internet.
Our apartment is located right at Hermannplatz in Berlin – a perfect location to enjoy the vibrant life of the city. Hermannplatz is a bustling hub with numerous shopping options, cafes, restaurants, and bars. Everything you need is right at your doorstep!
The public transport connections are excellent:
- Bahn: The Hermannplatz U-Bahn station (U7 and U8) is just a few steps away, so you can quickly and easily reach all parts of Berlin.
- Buses: Several bus lines also stop nearby, offering even more flexibility.
The flat is shared with one other woman, who is very friendly and easygoing. The atmosphere in the apartment is relaxed and respectful.
We are mainly looking for people between the ages of 25 and 35 who are seeking a central and well-connected place to stay in Berlin for some months. If you are interested, we look forward to hearing from you!
