30m² Bedroom in a 94m² Altbau in Kreuzberg.
Room available: Jan 2025 (from 1st - 31st)

The bedroom is very spacious-- the pictures really do not capture how big it is-- and includes a work area, a balcony (with a table, chairs, and lights) and a variety of custom built and antique wooden furniture that gives it a warm feeling. We have fast wifi, the bed is large (180 x 200cm) and the wardrobe will be empty for you to use.
I'm looking for a single person or a couple, but there is only one pair of extra keys.
The cost (€29/night) is less than what I pay for the room, so don't fear being ripped off by us.
The apartment is located between the Landwehrkanal and Görli, a 3min walk in either direction to reach either one.
At the bottom floor of the building is a very convenient (albeit expensive) mini market that is great for quick things on the go!
There's an M29 stop right in front of the building (0min walk) which can connect you to Görlitzer Bahnhof or Hermannplatz very easily.
You'd be staying in one bedroom, and there is one other person living in another room in the flat.
The kitchen has a brand new stove, fridge, dishwasher, and washer/dryer combo. The dining area has a large table with a very comfy couch.
I'm looking for someone who is respectful, won't be hosting parties, and is able to water the plants 1x a week :)
