My flatmate tends to keep to himself most of the time. The other tenants of the dorm organize some events (chess tournament, yoga, parties). Kitchen and floor corridors are cleaned 3 times a week by a company. The bathroom and corridor of the apartment is cleaned by us, once or twice a week.
