The apartment is located in the center of Schöneberg with many cafes and shops right around the corner. Public transportation is 2 min away.
Wednesdays and saturdays there‘s a beautiful market just 3 mins by foot from here.
Du würdest mit meiner Mutter zusammenwohnen, die berufstätig und daher tagsüber nicht da ist.
Sie wünscht sich ein respektvolles und achtsames Miteinander. Wahrscheinlich wirst du viel allein sein, was aber nicht bedeutet, dass es eine Zweck WG ist.
You would live with my mother who will be working during the daytime. She would wish for a respectful and mindful roommate. You will probably have the apartment for yourself most of the time but that doesn’t mean that my mother wouldn‘t be open to shared activities or cooking together from time to time.

We will rent out the room for half a year, maybe theres the possibilty for you to stay longer.
