The room is around 22 sqm and there is a living room which is about 30 sqm. It's a very nice and quiet space for such a central location. I've lived in it for about 5 years now and I'm away on some travels and would therefore like someone to take it for a bit. I'll be back at the beginning of April.
The location is in Mitte near the U-8 Weinmeister str. --- Hackescher Markt is also nearby
If you like to shop, there are a LOT of shopping possibilities nearby. There is an Edeka about 50 metres away, Rewe about 200 metres away and Kaufland 400 metres away.
It is extremely well connected which is the main advantage of the area. It is also close to a more residential and calm part of mitte with a few upscale art galleries and other things of that nature.
My roommate is a really kind Englishman by the name of Tom. He's very open and friendly and would make your stay very easy :)
