Die Wohnung hat 4 schöne Zimmer (22qm, 20qm,17qm,15qm), die aktuell als WG vermietet sind und können für die Zwischennutzung individuell mit den restlich vorhandenen Möbeln bestückt werden.
Die Wohnung kann auch potentiell wieder als WG (nur als bereits bestehende Gruppe) oder für ein Paar/Familie genutzt werden.
Neben der 4 Einzelnen Zimmer gibt es eine große Wohnküche, 2 Badezimmer sowie einen Balkon.

There are 4 rooms available from now till 25th of January, as the contract ends and the apartment is already rented to someone else.
The apartment will be rented partially furnished and all essential furnishings will still be available.
The apartment has 4 nice rooms (22sqm, 20sqm, 17sqm, 15sqm), which are currently rented out as a shared flat and can be individually furnished with the remaining furniture for short term rental.
The apartment can also potentially be used again as a shared flat (only as an existing group) or for a couple/family.
In addition to the 4 individual rooms, there is a large eat-in kitchen, 2 bathrooms and a balcony.
