𓃠 sunny room in social small flatshare with cats

Friedrichshain is quiet busy with a lot of tourism in this area.
There are a billion options for Cafés, bar, brunch, ice-cream.
There are two indie theatres right in front of the house , one of it you can even see looking out of your window.
On Saturdays there is a market at the nearest court, Boxhagener Platz, and on Sundays a fleamarket. It's often very crowded tbh.

Please read this carefully, I will not answer if you don't fit the criteria or obviously haven't read this.

I am looking for someone, (only female and/or queers), 28+, who WANTS to live in a (tiny) social community with another person. I am very supportive and social with my friends and I hope to find this feeling, being happy coming home, having a tea together and have a long talk. I also enjoy silence a lot, but I don't want to feel like "AEG I am coming home, there is xyz". Let's create a little (feminist) social recharge station where we support and lift each other up! I love deep talk and childish talk about random things equally. I am very political aware and interested in a Million things (literature, arts, social theory, human behavior, music, which play occasionally, international relations, ...)
I am creative and intellectually super curious, leftist, feminist, humanist and animal lover (veggie/vegan, the cats are handicapped rescues btw). If you can identify with one of the following, even more amazing; chosen family, solidarity &community, friends centered life, childfree by choice, sustainability, critical thinking, feminism and class awareness. I don't want someone who is my mind twin, you can have your own values and topics of cause :)

This is a small flat. I used to live with close friends and it doesn't work without good connection.
First of all, there are two super cute cats, so cat lovers only. Ideally, it would be amazing if you would be up for helping a bit with them, cleaning the toilet, giving them meds sometimes... That not crucial, I take the responsibility for them, but you have to be kind, enjoy them, be responsible&reliable. If I am away traveling for example, I need to be able to count on you.
Since this is small, unfortunately it's difficult to squeeze sleepover visitors in for more than a night or so. Exceptions can be made after agreement, but generally it's too small for more people, im my opinion. (Same goes for me! I also communicate if i have plans like that.)
You WANT to live with someone and it's not your second choice. I know it's hard finding a place in Berlin, but I don't want to live with people considering WG their plan B option.

I usually need a lot of calmth, peace and stability at home, so I try to create a little oasis in the busy city. I have a condition that makes me sensitive to stress and noise, unfortunately. I wish for someone who fits this vibe.
I am social and friendships matter a lot to me, so we talk about having cooking or movie nights here with friends, but I want this to be communicated respectfully with each other, because it's- as said before- small and there is little option for privacy if there are people hanging out in the flat and you actually need some selfcare time.

100% remote work is difficult here.
And:
Shouldn't even be mentioned, but paying rent in time without being remembered, cleaning without being remembered, proactively emptying the dishwasher . I'll do the same, I promise.

Also: this is a smoke and drug free space. (I very rarely smoke at Parties, I am not generally against it, but I realised it's impossible to not leave some bits of cigarette ash that the cats later try to eat, so i do it outside).

Ich spreche auch fließend deutsch(Muttersprache) es war aber gerade etwas zu viel alles zwei Sprachig zu Texten :) und etwas eingerostetes Französisch.

Die Ein- und Auszugdaten sind etwas flexibel.

I also speak German fluently and some rusty French.
Because of some mixed experiences the room is now for half a year available, let's see how we feel after a while.
