I am renting out one spacious room (first image) in a beautiful, centrally located apartment in Friedrichshain. It's a 3 room apartment (living room incl. kitchen, two bedrooms, one bathroom). The room is ca. 20 sqm large, has an own balcony facing the east side and is facing the main road, however, the windows have double glasses and thus protect well again noise. See the full details below.
- 92sqm renovated Altbau with two bedrooms, a living room incl. kitchen and one bathroom (with a bathtub and separate shower)
- the flat is on the 4th floor (no elevator), so it has super nice light and has a balcony towards East
- the room (and apartment) is fully furnished including a 140x200cm bed, mattress, working table, chain, cupboard, etc. Please note that the table, chair and cupboard are different than on the picture.
- it's in Friedrichshain in a very central but quiet location, the M10 stops just in front of it; it takes you 5min to get to Volkspark Friedrichshain, 15min cycling to get to Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg/Kreuzberg
- the rent includes everything, i.e. heating, electricity and 100mb/s internet, the deposit is 1000€

Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer, ein Badezimmer. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, hat einen eigenen Balkon zur Ostseite und blickt auf die Hauptstraße. Die Fenster sind doppelt verglast und daher lärmgeschützt. Siehe weitere Details unten.
- 92 Quadratmeter renovierter Altbau mit zwei Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer inklusive Küche und einem Badezimmer (mit Badewanne und separater Dusche)
- Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (ohne Aufzug), daher ist sie sehr hell und verfügt über einen Balkon nach Osten.
- Das Zimmer (und die Wohnung) ist komplett möbliert, einschließlich eines 140x200 cm Bettes, Matratze, Arbeitstisch, Stuhl, Schrank, usw. Hinweis: der Arbeitstisch, Stuhl und Schrank weichen von den Bildern ab.

I work a lot and mostly spend my free time doing sports (running, road cycling, swimming), meeting friends, travelling from time to time on the weekends and reading. I am very clean, I don't cook a lot at home and I enjoy having a calm lifestyle. I am looking for someone who is also respectful and clean and I would appreciate if we get along well without feeling "forced" to spend time with each other.
