Room size: 14 m², furnished, quiet, bright, with a lovely view of the inner courtyard. The room comes with all the furniture shown in the photos, except for the desk, which will be replaced by a smaller one and the 2 little lamps.
Rent: €650/month (all utilities included).
Anmeldung: Possible.
Contract: Long-term (standard one-year contract, easily renewable).
Well-connected by U3, Rüdesheimerplatz station (5 minutes walking), close to supermarkets (Bio Company, Rewe, Aldi ...) , and the beautiful Rüdesheimer Platz. The flat is also ideally located near Freie Universität and close to several lakes. The neighboorhood is very quiet, and it is possible to sleep with windows open
Flatmates:
Henry (German) – Chemistry PhD student.
Sara (German) – Student at Freie Universität.
Julian (Spanish) – Working professional in Berlin, speaks 10+ languages!
We’re looking for someone in their 20s or 30s, either a student or working professional, who’s sociable, respectful, and enjoys living in a clean, quiet, and friendly flatshare. Ideally, someone looking for a longer-term stay.
Interested? If this sounds like a good fit for you, send us a message and tell us a bit about yourself! We’re happy to arrange visits, so let us know your availability.
I am leaving the room to move in with my girlfriend in her flat.
Flat Highlights:
Clean appartment (we have cleaning routine that is working well), we got recently some new appliances (new fridge, new shower).
Calm and comfortable atmosphere with a friendly, respectful environment.
We sometimes share activities like dinners (in the kitchen which is the common room where we can meet), but everyone also values their personal space.
Please write in your answer a small presentation (age, what you are doing in Berlin, what you like ...), when you wish to enter the flat and I'm ready to answer all your questions and organise a meeting :)
