Dein Zimmer ist hell und hat ca. 15 m2, das Fenster geht zum grünen 2. Hof hinaus,
hat alte Holzdielen. Möbliert ist es mit einem Bett, einem Schränkchen, Schreibtisch
und weiteren Dingen nach Absprache.
In dem anderen grösseren Zimmer mit dem Schreibtisch (siehe Foto) wohne ich. (Damit ich weiß, das du den Text gelesen hast, baue in die Antwort - Rugby -ein.)
Wohnung hat alte Holzdielen und ist insgesamt sehr einfach und etwas renovierungsbedürftig :)
Die Wohnküche enthält Esstisch, grossen Herd, Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine und ist mit den wichtigsten Kochutensilien ausgestattet.
Das Bad ist klein und einfach, mit Duschkabine. Der Flur geräumig.

Flat is simple and needs some renovation :)
Eat-in kitchen with table, ofen, refrigerator, washing maschine, with the most important stuff for cooking
Bath is very small and simple, with shower. The hallway is spacious.
Die Wohnung im Quergebäude ist ruhig. Sie liegt zwischen zwei U-Bahnstationen (7 Minuten Fußweg) , ein Bus fährt in ca. 10 Minuten zur Ringbahn.
In Fussnähe liegen verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, von Biomarkt bis Aldi, REWE und dm etc.
Erreichbar zu Fuß sind Tempelhofef Feld, Kanal und kleine Parks. In der Nähe gibt es eine Menge Gastronomie und Bars.

The flat in transverse building is quiet. Is located between two underground stations (7 minutes walk) , a bus reaches the S-Bahn in 10 minutes.
Within walking distance are groceries from Bio to dm, REWE and Aldi etc.
You can reach Tempelhofer Feld, canal and little parks by foot. There are a lot of places around, where you can eat and bars.
Ich arbeite im sozialen Bereich, habe es abends während der Woche gerne eher ruhig.
Da die Wohnung nicht groß ist, sollte man sich gut verstehen, sich absprechen und Rücksicht aufeinander nehmen :)
Das heisst auch Besuch absprechen...
Zusammen einen Kaffee trinken oder kochen, essen gerne. Bin Vegetarierin und mir wäre es lieb, wenn kein Fleisch zubereitet wird.
Die Wohnung ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig, hat aber eine schöne Atmosphäre. Gerade deshalb ist es wichtig, dass man auf die Wohnung selbst (und Einrichtungsgegenstände) achtet.

I am working in the social area, during the week, i like to have it more quiet in the flat in the evening. To be sure, you have read the text, put in your answer - rugby- .
Because the flat is rather small, we should feel well with each other, make arrangements, and be considerate of the other. For example make arrangements about visitors... :)
Drink a coffee and cook or eat together wilingly, if it happens. I am vegetarian and i prefer, if you don't prepare meat.
The flat is not renovated but has a nice athmosphere, that makes it the more important to deal with it considerate.
Das freie Zimmer ist das mit dem rosa Bett.
