Ich ziehe mit meinem Freund zusammen und daher suchen mein supertoller Mitbewohner ( Ismail) und ich (Ksenia) nun einen Ersatz.
Die Wohnung hat viel Tageslicht. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit allem, was man zum Kochen benötigt, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank und Trockner sind vorhanden und für die Sachen wird keine Ablöse benötigt. Das Geschirr und Besteck kann mitbenutzt werden. Das Wohnzimmer ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet mit Fernseher, Couch und Esstisch.
In den 950Euro sind Nebenkosten und Internet enthalten.
Miete mit und ohne Anmeldung möglich. Das Zimmer kann teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert vermietet werden.

Luxurious old building apartment with a beautiful room is looking for a new tenant or subtenant.
I am moving in with my boyfriend, so my amazing flatmate Ismail and I (Ksenia) are now looking for a replacement.
The apartment is very bright with plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and dryer. No extra payment is required for these appliances. The dishes and cutlery can also be used. The living room is fully furnished with a TV, couch, and dining table.
The rent of 950 euros includes utilities and internet.
SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) (jetzt beantragen) , Mietschuldenfreiheitsbescheinigung and Gehaltsnachweis are mandatory. No Kaution needed. Pets allowed. Can be rented with or without furniture.

Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Rossmann nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.
Rewe und DM sind fußläufig in 20min erreichbar.
Hornbach 30min zu Fuß oder 12 mit dem Bus.
Fit-X 2 Bahnstattionen ( U-Ullsteinstr.) entfernt.
Den Volkspark Mariendorf kannst du quasi vom Balkon aus sehen.
Es gibt kaum direkte Nachbarn, da ein Zahnarzt und Friseur direkt im Haus sind.

Many shopping options like Edeka, Lidl, Aldi, Penny, and Rossmann are just a 5-minute walk away. Rewe and DM are within a 20-minute walking distance. Hornbach is 30 minutes on foot or 12 minutes by bus. Fit-X gym is just 2 train stations away (U-Ullsteinstr.).
You can almost see the Volkspark Mariendorf from the balcony.
There are hardly any direct neighbors, as there is a dentist and a hairdresser in the building.
Wir suchen jemanden, der freundlich, zuverlässig und ordentlich ist. Eine gute und offene Kommunikation ist uns sehr wichtig. Wenn du gerne in einer freundlichen und offenen WG wohnen möchtest, bist du bei uns genau richtig!
Mein Mitbewohner Ismail ist ein super netter Kerl, der im Home-Office arbeitet und gerne reist und zockt. Er kocht sehr gerne und geht regelmäßig in Fitnessstudio. Wenn du mit jemanden etwas unternehmen willst oder einen gemütlichen Fernsehabend auf der Couch machen möchtest, ist er auch immer für zu haben :)
