I’m going away for a while, so I'm looking for someone to take my room for a month (and maybe take care of my plants?)
The apartment is fully furnished, so everything necessary is there (kitchen, washing machine, dryer, etc.). Your room measures around 13m² and is furnished with everything needed (bed and cabinet). Of course, your room has a door.
The flat has an open living room with a kitchen, perfect for cooking with friends or having game nights. This place will be the heart of the living space, ideal for inviting friends over. Additionally, we have a big balcony where you're allowed to smoke, enjoy a cold drink, read a book, work, or simply appreciate the sunset.
My roommate will also mostly be away during this period and will be here only from time to time, mainly on weekends (when we'll essentially just work outside of the house). So you'll have the place mostly to yourself.
The apartment is located nearby are supermarkets (Netto, Rewe, etc.), which can be reached in 5-15 minutes on foot. Also nearby are drugstores like Rossmann or DM. Just outside the door is a park where you can enjoy yourself if it’s not too cold!
Nearby are the tram lines M5, M6, M8, M13, or 16, making the connection to the city center easy and fast (around 20-30 minutes). Also, the Ring is just 10 minutes away by M5, M6, or M8.
About myself: Hi, I’m Matt, recently turned 26 years old. I’m a French creative director and graphic designer for cinema. I’ve been in Berlin for a year now. I’m welcoming, funny, open-minded, and talkative. I enjoy going to clubs, museums, stand-up comedy shows, or just having a drink and a cigarette while gossiping.
