Spacious 40m² room available in a 150m² flat in Prenzlauer Berg.
The room has plenty of space for personal furniture and decoration. However it faces the street, so during summer, you might hear some street noise when the windows are open.
The flat also features two bathrooms, meaning each flatmate has their own, and a 45m² shared kitchen/living room, perfect for cooking, relaxing, and hanging out.
There is furniture in the flat, so someone without any can move in. However, the flat is big and not full yet, so someone with furniture can bring his/her own.
The flat is located in Prenzlauer Berg. It is well-connected with nearby tram, subway, and S-Bahn stations, making commuting super easy. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and a mall within walking distance, so all daily needs are covered.
I’m a 37-year-old researcher from France who enjoys going out for drinks once or twice a week, brewing my own mead, and the occasional meal with friends. I also like old video games and have therefore a Super Nintendo and a Wii.
I am looking for a flatmate who is clean, responsible, but also chill and open to socializing over a beer or the occasional bar night.
Couples are welcome.
There is also an extra room currently used as office, where children could also sleep. Therefore single parents are welcome
