Hey everybody,
We have a wonderful room free in our WG! It is 16m2 and €400 p/m all included.
The room is bright, airy and very pretty! The room is furnished and comes with a bed, wardrobe, bed side table and study desk and chair.
Because the flat is on the third floor, 3.0G, you also get the benefit of stunning sunsets in the evenings. Win/Win ;)
The move-in date is 17 October but flexible so can we chat about it being a little earlier/later, etc.
We’re looking for a guy or girl, doesn’t really matter. All international people are welcome too.

Contract is from mid Oct/ 01.11.24 to 30.04.2025. Contract extension may be possible!
Die Einzugsdaten sind relativ flexibel, d.h. du könntest auch etwas früher/später einziehen.
Das Zimmer ist sehr hell und aufgrund der hohen Lage der Wohnung ergeben sich abends auch hin und wieder malerische Aussichten auf den Sonnenuntergang. Ist auf jeden Fall was für Romantiker. ;-)
Das Zimmer ist möbliert - Bett, Kleiderschrank, Nachttisch und Schreibtisch.
Nur Nicht-Raucher (sorry!)
Mietzeitraum Mitte Okt/01.11.2024 bis 03.04.2025. Kann sein, dass es die Möglichkeit gibt, den Vertrag zu verlängern !
Grindelwaldweg is a green, quiet street, with the park mins walking and the 120 bus stop right outside (20 mins to Berlin Hbf). The U8 is also 10 mins walking away so you are very in the city centre.
Nearby you can find Netto, Lidl, a Bakery/späti and two “old-Berliner” pubs ;)

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nähe zur Ubahnhaltestelle “Franz Neumann Platz (10 Minuten entfernt). Dort hast du Anschluss an die U8 und kommst schnell in der Stadt. Zum Hauptbahnhof sind es 20 Min. mit dem 120 Bus. Haltestelle ist direkt vor der Haustür .Der Grindelwaldweg ist eine sehr ruhige Straße.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Kneipen sind auch nicht weit entfernt.

It’s a chilled flat environment. It’s not a zweck WG and when we have time we chat in the kitchen, cook or drink a beer together :)
We speak English and Spanisch in the flat, but always open to new languages!

Das WG-Leben gestaltet sich äußerst entspannt. Wir sind keine Zweck-WG und kochen, trinken Bier, oder entspannen auch mal zusammen.
Gängige Sprachen in der WG sind Spanisch und Englisch.
