Im Zimmer ist Laminatboden verlegt und es kann nach belieben gestrichen werden
Auf den Bildern sieht das Zimmer noch chaotisch aus bei Einzug wird es aber leer sein.
Das Zimmer muss selbst eingerichtet werden
Ein Flur mit Garderobe und Regalen bitet Platz für Krims Krams
Das Bad ist gefliesst mit Badewanne und Dusche (Vorhang)
In der Küche ist eine Einbauküche verbaut mit Spülmaschine, ein Küchentisch+Stühle eine Waschmaschine und ein Sofa
Der Keller bietet Platz für Fahrräder etc.
Es gibt WLAN und DSL mit 250er Geschwindigkeit (Powerline adapter notwendig)
Ich bevorzuge eine eher ruhiges WG-leben wo jede Person primär den eigenen Aktivitäten nachgeht ohne Verpflichtung zu gemeinsamen Unternehmungen, die aber natürlich nicht ausgeschlossen wären.

Bis zur Tram läuft man ca. 6 min mit der man schnell bis zum S Bahnhof Schöneweide oder S Bahnhof Karlshorst kommt
Direkt nebenan ist der Volkspark Wuhlheide zu Entspannen, Sport machen etc.
In der Gegend Schöneweide gibt es zunehmend mehr Cafes, Restaurants etc, Supermärkte sind schnell erreicht (6 min)
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 386,37 € zusammengesetzt aus Grundmiete+kalte Betriebkosten+Heizung/Warmwasser+Strom+Internnet. Eine Kaution von 622,38 € und eine "Ablösesumme" von 612,50€ für Einbauküche etc. muss hinterlegt werden.

I prefer a rather quiet shared flat life where each person primarily pursues their own activities without obligation for joint activities, which of course would not be excluded.

It's about a 6-minute walk to the streetcar, which takes you quickly to Schöneweide S-Bahn station or Karlshorst S-Bahn station
Right next door is the Volkspark Wuhlheide for relaxing, doing sports etc.
In the Schöneweide area there are more and more cafes, restaurants etc., supermarkets are within easy reach (6 min)
The monthly rent is € 386.37 made up of basic rent+cold operating costs+heating/hot water+electricity+Internet. A deposit of € 622.38 and a “transfer fee” of € 612.50 for the fitted kitchen etc. must be paid.
