Excellent location in the north of the Kollwitzkiez the best place in Prenzlauer Berg. It is very close to Berlin-Mitte.
Tram station is less than 1 minute by foot, just across the street :)
The closest Sbahn station is Eberswalder straße in 4 minutes.
Lidl, Edeka, Rewe, Nahkauf, Rossmann, Bio Company are all within walking distance.

I am a 30-year old Lawyer from Munich and the owner of this apartment. I have been living in Berlin since 3 years and I am staying for almost 1 - 1,5 weeks every month in Berlin. So actually I am not really often in the apartment because I am in Munich or traveling around the world.
I am a non-smoker and smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment as well as animals.
I am very social outside of the home, so when I am at home I enjoy having peace time - so this is not a Party-WG.
I enjoy cooking at home and taking it easy when I am at home.
I am looking for someone who has a full-time job or enough financial ressources, wants to live in a great location in Berlin-Prenzlauer Berg and enjoys having some me-time, too.
The viewing appointments will take place on the weekends.

Jemand, der wert auf ein ruhiges und harmonisches Wohnumfeld legt.
Die Besichtigungstermine werden an den Wochenenden durchgeführt.
