To separate your sleep and work space, you have your very own ergonomic home office space in the living room with a standing desk and monitors which you are welcome to use anytime (your roommate has his desk in his own room, so no need to share)
This beautiful 84m² apartment is located in the heart of Berlin, right between the famous areas (Kieze) Neukölln and Kreuzberg, surrounded by the most amazing and diverse restaurants and bars.
With the nearest metro (U) station Schönleinstr. just around the corner (2 min. to enter the train), you reach Kottbusser Tor in a few minutes and are in the city center in 10.
Just two blocks behind you can walk along the calm riverbank Maybachufer. And the apartment is located right between the two big parks Hasenheide and Görlitzer Park, by bicycle you are at Tempelhofer Feld in 10 min. (feel free to borrow the longboard available in the WG).
Of course, a big variety of supermarkets, pharmacies, shops and international food stores are just minutes away on the famous Kottbusser Damm right around the corner.
Hi there! A little about me: I’m Julian, a very social, easy-going and open-minded person and would love to find a roommate who shares that vibe. I enjoy hanging out and doing fun activities together, like hitting the gym (I can bring a guest for free!), vegan cooking in our huge kitchen / dining room / living room, taking leisurely walks in the park, going clubbing, or discovering new hobbies and skills. For those who are a bit nerdier, I’m currently pursuing a PhD in Statistical Genetics at HPI in Potsdam.
