Die Lage der Wohnung könnte besser nicht sein! Sie liegt im Herzen von Kreuzberg, 3 Minuten von der Bergmannstraße entfernt, 8 Minuten von der U6/U7 Haltestelle Mehringdamm, ebenfalls 8 Minuten zum Platz der Luftbrücke, fußläufig zum Tempelhofer Feld, zum Viktoriapark und zum Gleisdreieckspark. Auch die S-Bahnhaltestelle Yorckstraße ist in 17 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe vielseitige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Denn's, Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, DM...) und es gibt unzählige Restaurants und Cafés, aber auch sehr nette Bekleidungsboutiquen.
The location of the apartment couldn't be better! It is located in the heart of Kreuzberg, 3 minutes from Bergmannstraße, 8 minutes from the U6/U7 station Mehringdamm, also 8 minutes from Platz der Luftbrücke, within walking distance of Tempelhofer Feld, Viktoriapark and Gleisdreieckspark. The Yorckstraße S-Bahn station is also just a 17-minute walk away. There is a wide range of shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity (Denn's, Edeka, Rewe, Lidl, DM...) and there are countless restaurants and cafés, as well as very nice clothing boutiques.
Bist du auch viel unterwegs und möchtest ein entspanntes, aber nicht immer einsames Zuhause? Ich suche für meine leider geile, aber nicht ganz billige Luxus-WG gegenüber dem Viktoriapark jemanden, der sich Wohnzimmer, 2 Balkone, Küche, 2 Bäder (!) sowie die zugehörige Miete inklusive Reinigungskosten mit mir teilen möchte! Keine reine Zweck-WG, aber auch kein Zwang zum Sozialisieren, wenn einem nicht danach ist. Da ich selbst viel unterwegs bin, hättest du die Wohnung auch öfters für dich allein.
Do you also travel a lot and want a relaxed but not always lonely home? I'm looking for someone who wants to share the living room, 2 balconies, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (!) and the rent including cleaning costs with me for my very cool but not quite cheap luxury shared flat opposite Viktoriapark! Not a purely functional flat share, but also no need to socialize if you don't feel like it. As I travel a lot myself, you would have the apartment to yourself more often.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet (inkl. Spülmaschine) und gerade mal 2 Jahre alt. Die Hausverwalter sind hilfsbereit und unsere Nachbarn sehr unkompliziert und nett!
Wenn du Musik machst, Capoeira spielst oder kitest, wäre das schön, dann hätten wir eine Gemeinsamkeit.
The kitchen is fully equipped (incl. dishwasher) and just 2 years old. The property managers are helpful and our neighbors are very uncomplicated and nice!
If you make music, play capoeira or kite, that would be nice, then we would have something in common.
