Da ich aus beruflichen Gründen aus Berlin wegziehe, wird mein Zimmer in dieser WG frei. Das Zimmer ist sonnig mit viel Grün vor dem Fenster. Es ist vollständig möbliert. Ein 1,40 m breites Hochbett, eine Couch zum entspannen, ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, Regal und Kleiderschrank sind vorhanden.

As I have to leave Berlin for professional reasons and move out of my room in Schöneberg, we are looking for a new tenant for my room. The room is sunny with lots of greenery in front of the window. It is fully furnished. A 1.40 m wide bunk bed, a couch to relax, a desk with chair, shelves and closet are available.
Die Lage ist super. Die Wohnung liegt in Berlin Schöneberg, nur 6 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Südkreuz und 10 Gehminuten von der S-Bahn Haltestelle Julius-Leber-Brücke oder S-Bahn Schöneberg entfernt. 5 Minuten entfernt ist ein FitX und es gibt mehrere Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

The location is great. The apartment is in Berlin Schöneberg, just a 6-minute walk from Südkreuz station and a 10-minute walk from the Julius-Leber-Brücke S-Bahn stop or S-Bahn Schöneberg. There is a FitX 5 minutes away and there are several cafes, bars and restaurants in the area.
Das WG Leben ist ruhig, da es sich um eine Berufstätigen-WG handelt. Deine Mitbewohnerinnen werden Architektin Salma (24) aus Ägypten und PR-Referentin Gudrun (50) sein. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet mit wirklich allem was du brauchen könntest. Es gibt einen Putzplan bei dem jeder alle 6 Wochen einmal die Wohnung putzt. Zwischendrin wird auch mal gesaugt oder gewischt wenn nötig. Gudrun hat zwei Katzen (Kleo und Kira) die beiden bleiben zum Großteil in Gudruns Zimmer aber manchmal grüßen sie dich auch im Flur. In die anderen beiden Zimmer (also auch deins) gehen die Katzen nicht. Trotzdem solltest du Katzen gegenüber nicht abgeneigt sein. Du bekommst deine eigenen zwei Fächer im Kühlschrank und in der Vorratskammer.

Life in the shared flat is quiet, as it is a shared flat for professionals. Your flatmates will be architect Salma (24) from Egypt and PR consultant Gudrun (50). The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could possibly need. There is a cleaning schedule where everyone cleans the apartment once every 6 weeks. In between, there is also vacuuming or mopping if necessary. Gudrun has two cats (Kleo and Kira) and they mostly stay in Gudrun's room, but sometimes they greet you in the hallway. The cats don't go into the other two rooms (including yours). Nevertheless, you should not be averse to cats. You will have your own two compartments in the fridge and in the pantry.
Da es sich um eine Frauen und Berufstätigen WG handelt und es auch so bleiben soll, werden nur berufstätige Frauen akzeptiert. Das schließt auch Frauen ein die ein Praktikum. Traineeship oder Ausbildung machen.
