Ich bin auf Reisen und vermiete in der Zeit mein schönes altbau Zimmern in einer großen wg. Eine Miete wäre nach absprache auch fexibel bis zum 08.12 aber maximal 20.12. möglich. Die Miete wird dann natürlich auf die Zeit angepasst.
Das Zimmer ist 25m2 und möbliert. Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß mit 2 Bädern, einem großen Wohnzimmer und einer geräumigen Küche.

I will be traveling soon and want to sublet my beautiful room in a large apartment. Rent would also be possible until the 08.12. but to a maximum of the 20.12. Rent would be then adjusted to the rent time of course.
The room is 25m2 and furnished. The apartment is quite large with 2 bathrooms, a large living room and a spacious kitchen.
Die Wohnung ist direkt am Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz (U9) und eine station von der Ringbahn entfernt. (Oder 10 min zu fuß zur Ringbahn) So wie 10 min von der S1 Friedenau entfernt.
Supermärkte sind 3 stück in 10 minuten Fußreichweite (rewe, lidl, nahkauf)
Bäcker und ein späti sind auch um die Ecke.

The apartment is directly at Friedrich-Wilhelm-Platz (U9) and one station away from the Ringbahn. (Or 10 min walk to the Ringbahn) As well as 10 min from the S1 Friedenau.
There are 3 supermarkets within 10 minutes walking distance (rewe, lidl, nahkauf)
Bakeries and a spätis are also very close.
Die Mitbewohner*innen sind zu Zweit. Lisa (32) arbeitet als Unterrietlerin und in einem lokalen Kino. Geht gerne schwimmen und mag Brettspiele und Filme.
Deepesh (30) arbeitet im b2b kundensupport, spielt in seiner Freizeit viel Gitarre und mag Brettspiele.
Wir suchen für die Zeit einen/eine am besten auch berufstätigen Untermieter*inn der/die nett ist und sich in einem normalen wg umfeld gut zurecht findet. Die Geneinschaftsräume sauber hällt und auch ab und zu mal putzt. Nett wäre es aich wenn du ab und an meine pflanzen Gießen könntest.
Das wg leben ist sehr entspannt. Hier versteht jeder wenn man Zeit für sich braucht. Zum quatschen oder gemeinsam was unternehmen ist aber auch immer wieder zeit.

The flatmates are two people. Lisa (32) works as a translator and in a local movie theater. Likes swimming, board games and movies.
Deepesh (30) works in b2b customer support, plays the guitar a lot in his spare time and likes board games.
We are looking for a tenant for the time being who is nice and gets along well in a normal shared flat environment. Keeps the shared rooms clean and also cleans from time to time. It would also be nice if you could water my plants from time to time.
Life in the shared flat is very relaxed. Everyone here understands when you need time to yourself. But there's also lots of time to chat or to do something together.
