About the apartment:
It's a maisonette apartment located on floor 1-2 of the building. The top floor has an open kitchen/living room and a half bathroom. There is a projector above the couch. The kitchen is well equipped and comes with a dishwasher, blender, French press and espresso maker, soda stream, electric kettle, and induction stove.
The bottom floor has the bedrooms and a full bathroom with bathtub.
About the room:
It has a single bed that can be pulled out to become a double if you prefer a larger bed. It has a large dresser and and a couch. There are sheets/towels available for use. The curtains are blackout curtains.
One thing to know about the room is that because of the water lines in the apartment, the washing machine is located there. With my current flatmate, I ask her if I can come in 1x per week to use it.
The apartment is a short walk from Treptower Park and the Alt-Treptow canals. It is 7-10 min walk from Sbahn Treptower Park station. The apartment is in the back building so there isn't any street noise.
You'd share the apartment with me, 37-year old woman and my dog. I am very social and friendly, but also respect having personal space. I am very easy going in general but also clean, and organized. I would love to find someone who also prefers to live in a clean and organized space. I work from home but am often out during the evenings. I am vegetarian but I don't mind people cooking meat in the apartment.
The dates are flexible and I could accommodate a slightly longer or a shorter stay.
