Ich vermiete mein gemütliches und helles 24QM Zimmer im Herzen von Charlottenburg. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3 Stock des Hauses. Da ich für 3 Monate in den Urlaub fahre würde ich es gerne untervermieten.

I am renting out my cozy and bright 24sqm room in the heart of Charlottenburg. Im on holidays for 3months.
Die Lage ist perfekt: Nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß zur nächsten Bushaltestelle und in 10 Minuten erreicht man bequem die Ringbahn, die eine ideale Anbindung an ganz Berlin bietet. Das Brandenburger Tor ist nur 15 Minuten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln entfernt – zentraler geht es kaum!
Ein weiteres Highlight ist die Nähe zum Schloss Charlottenburg, das nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt liegt. Der wunderschöne Schlosspark lädt zum Entspannen, Spazierengehen oder Sport ein – perfekt, um der Hektik der Stadt zu entfliehen und neue Energie zu tanken.
