Die gesamte 2 Zimmer-Wohnung ist ca 75 Quadratmeter groß. Es gibt eine große gemeinsame Küche, in der gut 3 Personen sitzen können und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Die Zimmer sind voll möbliert. Das zu vermietene WG Zimmer selbst ist ca 30 Quadratmeter groß, tagsüber sehr hell und hat einen kleinen französischen Balkon.
The entire 2-room flat is approx. 75 square metres in size. There is a large shared kitchen that can seat 3 people and a bathroom with a bathtub. The rooms are fully furnished. The room for rent is approx. 30 square metres in size, very bright during the day and has a small French balcony.
Die Altbauwohnung ist in Schöneberg und liegt nur 5 Minute zu Fuß zur S-Julius-Leber-Brücke (S1) und zum S-Südkreuz (S 41, S 42, S 25, S 2, Regionalbahn und Fernverkehr) entfernt. Der U-Kleistpark (Uz) ist zu Fuß ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Parks gibt es jede Menge in der Nähe.
The flat is in Schöneberg and only a 5-minute walk to Julius-Leber-Brücke S-Bahn station (S1) and to Südkreuz S-Bahn station (S 41, S 42, S 25, S 2 and trains). You just need around 10 minutes walk to the subway station U Kleistpark (U7). There are plenty of shopping facilities and parks nearby.
Ich arbeite als Sozialarbeiter*in und bin meistens für ein Feierabendbier oder ein gemeinsamen Kochabend zu haben. An manchen Tagen genieße ich es jedoch auch in meinem Zimmer einfach zu lesen oder zu faulenzen.
Am Wochenende treffe ich gerne Freund*innen und liebe es in der Natur unterwegs zu sein. Eine reine Party-WG und lange Diskussionen über Putzpläne sind nichts für mich.
I work as a social worker and am usually available for a beer after work or an evening of cooking together. On some days, however, I also enjoy simply reading or lazing around in my room.
At the weekend, I like to meet up with friends and love being out and about in nature. A pure party flat share and long discussions about cleaning plans are not for me.
