Hi, I'm subletting my room from November until February, but it might also be possible to extend it afterward -not for certain.
Furnished room with high ceilings, the room faces trees so it is always lovely to wake up seeing the green.
It's a WG with two girls in their early twenties one from Belgium and the other one from Australia. We have a quite chill and easygoing environment at home and are looking for someone who is kind, respectful, responsible and will be careful with the flat\furnitures. We also have a lot of plants, so it would be nice if you can water them once in a while :)
It's 12 min. walk to Treptower Sbahn but you can find yourself in the park in only 2 min. walk.
Lidl and Netto is 3-4 min. walk Rewe and Aldi is 10 min. away.
The house is located in a residential area and is a family apartment so it's quiet around, therefore loud parties are not welcomed. Small gatherings are ok.
Proof of income is needed.
